Worker checks
Right-to-work, role suitability and required evidence are checked before placement.
About Swift
Swift Staffing Solutions Ltd is building a responsible temporary-labour service for warehouse, manufacturing and conditional food-packing assignments.
Our operating approach
Swift obtains assignment information, screens and briefs workers, while the Client controls its workplace, induction, supervision and site-specific safety systems.
Right-to-work, role suitability and required evidence are checked before placement.
Role, hours, pay information, hazards, PPE and contacts are communicated before work starts.
Swift and the Client exchange the information needed to monitor qualifying service and equal-treatment rights.
Food-processing and packing activity receives a documented licensing-scope assessment before supply.
Swift Staffing Solutions Ltd, trading as Swift Staffing Solutions, is the controller for information submitted through this website. The final company number, registered address, privacy contact and ICO registration details must be inserted before launch.
For worker registrations we collect contact details, work preferences, availability, an eligibility declaration, relevant experience, an optional adjustment-contact request and a CV. Employer enquiries collect business contact and assignment information.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess potential work opportunities, take steps requested before a possible engagement, administer recruitment and meet applicable legal obligations. Final lawful-basis wording must be approved with Swift’s controlled privacy documentation.
Access is restricted to authorised Swift personnel and approved service providers supporting the website and email. Information is shared with a prospective Client only where appropriate for recruitment and after the required checks.
Website registrations and uploaded CVs are retained for six months from submission, then securely deleted unless the applicant enters Swift’s controlled worker records or a documented legal hold applies.
You may ask for access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or erasure where applicable. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact details for exercising rights must be confirmed before launch.
The public website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies at launch. Essential security, form-protection and administrator-session technologies may operate where necessary. The statement must be updated before adding analytics, CAPTCHA, embedded media or other third-party services.
Workers and employers may raise a concern by telephone or email and may request a reasonable adjustment to the process. Final complaint contact details must be inserted before launch.
Pre-launch review: company and contact details are awaiting confirmation.
